Saturdays, March 2nd-23rd

8:00-9:00 AM

Are you someone who internalizes emotions?
Do you have monkey mind?
Do you wake up with anxiety and immediately start going over your to-do list?
Do you have trouble getting out of your mind and into your body?
Do you have a short attention span?
Do you have trouble meeting health goals?
Do you struggle with owning your worth and power?
Want to build confidence?
Want to make working out fun?

Join me on a jump journey! In this 4-week jump roping class we will give your body permission to redistribute the energy it holds.

This will empower you and teach you about energetic hygiene.

In this class we will focus on keeping up with the beat.

The beat of the music and the beat of our own drum. We will own and claim our unique expression!

This will have you lit up. Literally! We will target the body physically; get those cells firing out endorphins + sweating out toxins…

but also spiritually, by tending to our energetic field and shifting our frequency.

This will raise your vibration and leave you glowing on a new level.

When we feel good, we change our neurochemistry, biochemistry, and even gut microbiome.

The combination of my choreography, soundtracks + guidance will give you a potent shift on a holistic level:

mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and energetically.

6:30-8:00PM

Led by Ellen Dragonette

Self-care and self-love play a huge role in living a healthy, balanced, and fulfilled life. Now more than ever we need to take the time to celebrate ourselves and love ourselves as well.

Allowing yourself time to pause in stillness is an essential act of self-love. When we make time for our bodies to be held and supported in a restorative practice, we allow for the release of daily tensions, worries, to-do lists, and matters of the heart. We move past resistance to the place where we can open ourselves to love in all its forms. We realign. As we create equilibrium within, we create peace without.

This restorative practice will provide you with spaciousness for healing and a quiet place to receive and nurture. Join Ellen for this magical evening and allow stillness to be your medicine.

What to expect?

A lovely evening of restorative yoga, guided meditation and deep relaxation. Surrounded by soft music and candlelight, you will experience grounding, nourishing restorative postures and plenty of space and time to pause, reflect and reset. Sink down, snuggle in and give yourself the gift of rest and release. No yoga experience necessary. Wine or tea included.

What is Restorative Yoga?

Restorative yoga is a gentle practice designed to bring the muscles, joints, vital organs, and nervous system back into a natural state of balance and grace. You rest in comfortable, supported positions that balance and restore the body’s energy system. When we slow down we have space to listen and respond appropriately, finding a softer and more grateful side of ourselves.

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED $30/PERSON
