12 Days of Christmas Yoga!

A Fun, Energetic & Wonderfully Silly Holiday Flow
Get ready for a playful holiday-inspired yoga class that will leave you laughing, moving, and maybe even singing!
In this light-hearted flow, we’ll celebrate the season with a “12 Days of Christmas” twist—each round of the sequence adds a new pose (based on the song), repeating and building into a joyful, practice that’s equal parts movement and merriment.
Expect a little silliness, a lot of smiles, and a surprisingly energizing full-body workout.
Whether you love the holidays or just need a break from the December rush, this class offers a chance to move your body, release stress, and embrace the festive spirit.
All levels are welcome. There will be a lot of moving up and down from the floor so keep that in mind…but as always modify based on your needs!

Join us for a yoga practice specifically designed for the pregnant person. Our aim is for you to feel empowered by learning to support yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually on the journey toward birth and after.
Prenatal yoga can:
*provide a safe way to exercise during pregnancy aiding in flexibility and mobility
*can help alleviate some associated pain discomfort
*can help prepare you for the birth and afterwards
*can teach you to safely adapt your practice with props and modifications
*can help prospective parents practice calming the mind by resetting the nervous system
Taking into account your individual needs, you will learn breathing techniques, meditation, and poses that help you adapt to the challenges of your changing body. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, we will provide space for you to create a connection between you and your baby (babies) and with each other.
