Reiki + Vibrational Sound Therapy

Embark on a deeply transformative journey with our Reiki Alchemy treatments, a one-on-one experience designed to harmonize and alchemize body, mind, and spirit. This 75-minute offering includes:

• 30 Minutes of Reiki Healing: Begin with the gentle yet powerful energy of Reiki, channeled to balance your energy centers and release blockages, fostering a state of deep relaxation and well-being.
• 30 Minutes of Intuitive Crystal Sound Bowl Healing: Allow the resonant vibrations of crystal sound bowls to align your frequencies, further releasing tension and inviting clarity. The sound bowls will be placed near, and in some case on top of, you. 
• 15 Minutes of Insightful Integration: Following the healing session, you’ll have a dedicated time to discuss any intuitive messages, sensations, or insights that emerged during your session. This reflective time can help you gain guidance and deepen your understanding of the energetic shifts.

These 75 minutes sessions are appropriate for all ages and held with Reiki Master, Samantha Lyman and are $133/session.

We are now offering Prenatal Yoga PRIVATE 1/1 Sessions with our Lead Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor Bonnie Lee RYT500.

Private prenatal sessions offer an opportunity for a more unique and personalized practice without the time constraints of a group class. Some people may wish to attend  private classes instead of/ or in addition to the group setting.

For your session.

*Bonnie will spend time getting to know  your individual needs and  preferences whether they be medical or personal 

*You will have the opportunity to voice your needs and  requests so we can work to tailor each session to you!

 *  You will be shown how to safely use props and adapt poses for your current trimester, body type, yoga experience, etc.

*Bonnie will provide space for you to connect to your changing body and your growing baby

*Bonnie will provide opportunities to reset the nervous system to calm the mind.

Typically, we will practice breathwork, meditation, and asana, All will be adapted as needed.
